Common use of Ultimate Parent Entity Clause in Contracts

Ultimate Parent Entity. The Holder and the Company intend that this Warrant is issued by, and the Warrant Shares are securities of, the ultimate parent entity of the Company’s renewable-fuels operations. For so long as this Warrant is outstanding, the Company may not undergo any reorganization if it would not be such an ultimate parent entity.
