Ultimate Balance. The Pledgee’s security interest constituted by or pursuant to this Deed shall be continuing and shall remain in full force and effect, notwithstanding any intermediate payment of the Obligations or the Parallel Obligations, and shall apply to the ultimate balance of the Secured Obligations.
Ultimate Balance. This Guarantee is a continuing guarantee and will extend to the ultimate balance of sums payable by the Issuer under the Guaranteed Obligations, regardless of any intermediate payment or discharge in whole or in part of the Guaranteed Obligations.
Ultimate Balance. The guarantee contemplated in this Agreement shall be continuing and shall remain in force until the Discharge Date notwithstanding any intermediate payment in whole or in part of the Guaranteed Obligations and shall apply to the ultimate balance thereof.
