UK Disapplication. Section 1 of the Trustee Act 2000 shall not apply to the duties of the Administrative Agent in relation to the trusts constituted by this Agreement in respect of the UK Security Documents. Where there are any inconsistencies between the Trustee ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Trusts (Scotland) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 or the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 of Northern Ireland and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall, to the extent allowed by law, prevail and, in the case of any inconsistency with the Trustee ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the provisions of this Agreement shall constitute a restriction or exclusion for the purposes of that Act.
