UInterviewing and Selection. 1. Employees will be interviewed and selections will be made based on the applicant's ability to meet the required qualifications of the position and perform general and specific duties as stated in the job description. 2. All conversations and information given during the interview process shall be kept confidential between the interviewer(s) and the interviewee. Such confidential information will be released only at the request of the Association if a question arises as to the selection of a particular individual.
