Uintah County Clause Samples

The 'Uintah County' clause designates Uintah County as the relevant jurisdiction for certain legal or contractual matters. In practice, this means that any disputes, legal proceedings, or obligations arising under the agreement will be governed by the laws or courts of Uintah County. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of and agree to the specific location where legal issues will be resolved, providing clarity and predictability regarding the venue for dispute resolution.
Uintah County. This is an example of the Resource Management Plan Overlay, which interactively displays the resources for any particular parcel of federally controlled public land. Each resource item comes from the various county RMPs and can be isolated and applied to the resource efficiency to derive the value of the corresponding land. It could also be used to determine the economic impact analysis of federally controlled parcels where use is restricted or denied.
Uintah County. Uintah County actively participated as a Team member throughout 2018. Uintah County provided funds for technical support for amendments to the Uintah County Interim Overlay Zone ordinance established as part of the 2014 agreement. The purpose of the amendments was to clarify language in the ordinance.
