UCMC OHCA. UCMC, The University of Chicago Biological Sciences Division, including its physicians, nurses, students, volunteers, and other staff, UCMC Community Physicians LLC, and any other entity added by UCMC that qualify as an entity that can be part of the UCMC OHCA under the HIPAA Rules. A reference in this Agreement to a section in the HIPAA Rules means the section as in effect or as amended.
