Common use of UCC Termination Statements Clause in Contracts

UCC Termination Statements. Seller shall have delivered or caused to be delivered to Buyer, at or before the Closing, UCC Termination Statements and such other releases as Buyer may reasonably request, duly completed and executed by each person having any security interest, lien, claim or other encumbrances or adverse interests in or on any of the Purchased Assets which are required to be terminated pursuant to Section 7.1 above, in order to evidence the termination thereof.

UCC Termination Statements.
