UCC / PPSA Authorization Sample Clauses

UCC / PPSA Authorization. The Administrative Agent is hereby irrevocably authorized to execute (if necessary) and file or cause to be filed, with or if permitted by applicable Law without the signature of any Borrower appearing thereon, all UCC and PPSA financing statements reflecting any Borrower as “debtor” and the Administrative Agent as “secured party”, and continuations or renewals thereof and amendments thereto, as the Administrative Agent reasonably deems necessary or advisable to give effect to the transactions contemplated hereby and by the other Loan Documents.
