Type and Jurisdiction of Organization, Organizational and Identification Numbers. The type of entity of such Grantor, its state of organization, the organizational number issued to it by its state of organization and its federal employer identification number are set forth on Exhibit A. Except as may be set forth in Exhibit A or in an applicable Assumption Agreement, such Grantor has not had any other entity type, jurisdiction of organization or organizational number, and has not been a party to any Merger, during the past five years prior to its becoming a Grantor hereunder; provided that if Grantor has been a party to such a Merger, Exhibit A or the applicable Assumption Agreement sets forth the information required by this Section 5.2 for each constituent party to such Merger.
