TXDoT. All Vendors displaying motor vehicles (motorcycles, trikes, RV’s or automobiles) that will be available for sale after the rally MUST fill out a TXDoT application. These applications should be sent to the Lone Star Rally office for submission to the state of Texas. Necessary TXDoT forms must be filed no later than 30 days prior to the event.
