Common use of Two-Term Contracts Clause in Contracts

Two-Term Contracts. If you select a two-term contract as provided in Section 3.1.1 above, You will be assigned to the same residence facility for both terms. If you are in residence in the Fall, you will return to the same residence room in the Winter. If you are living in residence in the Fall and on a co-op work term in the Winter, you will be assigned a different residence room in the Spring.
