Two Calculation Parties. If both parties act as Calculation Party and their calculations of the Final Settlement Amount differ from each other, the Final Settlement Amount shall (i) be equal to one-half of the difference between the absolute values of the amounts so calculated by both parties and (ii) be paid by the party which has calculated a negative or the lower positive amount.
