Two Borrowings Clause Samples

Two Borrowings. After giving effect to such Borrowing, no more than two Borrowings shall have been made; provided that, for purposes of this Section 6.02(c), “Borrowing” shall not be deemed to include any borrowing of PIK Loans.

Two Borrowings. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall only be two (2) Borrowings of the Loans hereunder, which Borrowings shall occur, if at all, (a) on the Financial Closing Date, and (b) on the Second Borrowing Date.
