TWIC Sample Clauses

TWIC. All employees of [SELECTED RESPONDENT] or its contractors who are assigned to work in a Restricted Area including all employees engaged in garbage removal and the acceptance of deliveries must obtain at their own or their employer’s sole cost a TWIC in accordance with 33 C.F.R. 101 in addition to a DOT Badge. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in fines up to $25,000 per occurrence.
