Tutor Location Clause Samples

Tutor Location. In addition to determining whether, when, and how often Tutor will be available to teach classes arranged through the BookNook Platform, Tutor shall also have complete discretion to determine the location(s) in which Tutor will be located when teaching classes, so long as: (i) the environment in the location(s) selected by Tutor is/are suitable for teaching Students; and (ii) Tutor, if appliable, possesses all licenses, certifications, permits, and other legal prerequisites necessary to teach classes in such location(s).
