TUT REPLACEMENT Clause Samples
The TUT REPLACEMENT clause establishes the conditions and procedures for substituting a tutor assigned to a particular course or student. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which a replacement may occur, such as tutor unavailability, performance issues, or at the request of the student or institution, and details the process for appointing a new tutor, including notification requirements and timelines. Its core practical function is to ensure continuity and quality of instruction by providing a clear mechanism for replacing tutors when necessary, thereby minimizing disruption to the learning process.
TUT REPLACEMENT. Titan will implement new code such that the billing information is provided over the satellite link, rather than being calculated by the TUT. This will allow PSN to use any inexpensive phone at the RTT site. The planned architecture is that the NCS will connect to a computer provided by PSN that contains the billing tariff algorithms and provides the billing calculation. The final cost of the call will then be transmitted over the satellite link and printed on a small printer, provided by PSN, that is attached to the data port on the RTT Indoor Unit.
