Turnstiles. There are three turnstiles; one located at Xxxxxx street gate, one located at High street gate, and one located at Franklin Street gate. Maintenance and repair of these turnstiles is to be provided by the PMSA upon request. Software upgrades are not included in the IGSA.

Turnstiles. Tenant shall, as a part of the Renovation Work, reinstall at the Amphitheater's point(s) of entry the turnstiles currently located at the Amphitheater. If, at some time during the term of this Lease, Tenant should wish to install a different type of entry system which would provide the same or better verification of the number of Patrons attending the Tenant Events at the Amphitheater, then Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to the installation of such entry devices in place of the originally installed turnstiles.

Perusahaan ini membutuhkan lahan tanah yang luas guna usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit. Dari usaha yang dilakukan, akhirnya PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama mendapatkan lahan tanah yang diinginkannya dengan menggunakan tanah xxxxx masyarakat kecamatan Xxxx Xxxx. Penggunaan tanah masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx untuk keperluan usaha perkebunan PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama bukanlah terjadi dengan sendirinya xxx penguasaan semena-mena, melainkan diawali dengan suatu perjanjian kepada xxxxx masyarakat pemilik tanah tersebut. Perjanjian yang diadakan antara PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dengan masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx adalah perjanjian penggunaan tanah untuk keperluan usaha, yang dituangkan dalam surat perjanjian. Dalam perjanjian yang diadakan, ditentukan xxx xxx kewajiban masing-masing pihak, umumnya hak dari pihak PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dapat menggunakan tanah milik masyrakat adat untuk kegiatan usaha perkebunannya hingga jangka waktu yang ditentukan dengan kewajiban membayar sejumlah harga dari hasil perkebunan yang dilakukan xxx mengembalikan pengelolaan tanah tersebut kepada xxxxx masyarakat adat pada saat berakhirnya jangka waktu perjanjian. Sedangkan hak masyarakat adat selaku pemilik tanah selain mendapatkan bagian hasil perkebunan juga mendapatkan tanahnya kembali setelah berakhirnya perjanjian. Dikarenakan penggunaan tanah untuk usaha perkebunan memakan waktu yang cukup lama, maka banyak terjadi perubahan- perubahan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian yang kadangkala tidak diketahui oleh pihak xxxxx masyarakat, sehingga merugikan xxxxx masyarakat itu sendiri. Dengan terjadinya perubahan-perubahan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian tanpa diketahui oleh pihak xxxxx masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx, timbulah berbagai permasalahan berupa :

C8.212 – MARKET-RELATED CONTRACT TERM ADDITION (11/08). The term of this contract may be adjusted when a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred in accordance with 36 CFR 223.52. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred. If the drastic reduction criteria specified in 36 CFR 223.52 are met for 2 consecutive calendar quarters, after contract award date, Contracting Officer will add 1 year to the contract term, upon Purchaser’s written request. (AO) wicker, rattan, and teakwood furniture; (AP) massage chairs; (AQ) stains or damage to suede, split-grain leather hide or exotic leathers; (AR) manufacturer quality issues such as stress tears, fabric flaws, fading, color loss or change, loss of foam or resiliency, cracking and peeling of leather or vinyl, natural leather markings, and defects in design and workmanship; (AS) Stains or damage that occur during assembly, delivery, installation, before furniture is delivered to your residence, while the furniture is located outside of your residence, while the furniture is in storage or being moved to or from storage or between residences; (AT) Wear & Tear caused by repeated use such as scuffing, soiling, hair/body oil, perspiration, surface abrasions, pilling or fraying of fabric, loose joints; (AU) Stains or damage covered under any manufacturer warranty, recall, homeowner, renter or other insurance policy; (AV) Stains or damage caused by structural problems, appliance malfunctions, Acts of God or natural disasters, theft, vandalism or illegal activity (AW) Stains or damage caused by independent contractors Specific to Home Automation: In additional to the exclusions listed above, this Agreement does not cover any loss, repairs or damage caused by or resulting from: (A) pre-existing conditions incurred or known to you (pre-existing means a condition prior to Plan issuance); (B) any repair covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or any insurance; (C) installation, or improper installation; or improper installation of customer replaceable components, modules, parts or peripherals; (L) damage, warping, bending or rusting of any kind to the housing, cabinetry, outside casing or frame of the product; (M) any non-operating part, including but not limited to plastic, or decorative parts such as hinges, knobs, door liners, glass, handles, masks, rack rollers, shelves, etc.; (N) loss of or repair to components within the product not originally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; (O) failure to product attachments not provided by the manufacturer or included in the original sale;

  • Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the classifications listed in Section 7 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) for replacement of safety footwear.
