The Turning Radius clause defines the minimum circular area required for a vehicle or equipment to make a complete turn within a property or project site. In practice, this clause specifies the exact measurement or standard that must be met, often referencing industry guidelines or the dimensions of vehicles expected to use the space, such as delivery trucks or emergency vehicles.
