TURN SERVICE Sample Clauses

The "Turn Service" clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for preparing a property for new occupancy after a previous tenant vacates. Typically, this involves cleaning, repairing, and restoring the premises to a specified standard before a new tenant moves in. For example, it may require the landlord or property manager to ensure all appliances are functional, walls are repainted if necessary, and the property is free of debris. The core function of this clause is to ensure a smooth transition between tenants by clearly outlining expectations and minimizing disputes over property condition at turnover.
