Tuition Cap Clause Samples

A Tuition Cap clause sets a maximum limit on the amount of tuition that can be charged, either per year or over the duration of a program. In practice, this means that an educational institution cannot increase tuition fees beyond the specified cap, regardless of inflation or other cost increases. This clause provides predictability and financial protection for students or sponsors by preventing unexpected or excessive tuition hikes during the covered period.
