TUG. The Tug shall be as identified on Exhibit B-1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, and shall be outfitted in accordance with Exhibits B and C, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Such description, particulars and capabilities of the Tug shall be maintained by Carrier throughout the term of this Contract.
