TITLE VI ASSURANCES The requirements and terms of the United States Department of Transportation Title VI program, as revised from time to time, are incorporated into this Contract for all purposes. Engineer has reviewed Exhibit “J”, and shall comply with its terms and conditions.
Further Acts and Assurances Each of the Parties after convincing itself agrees to execute and deliver all such further agreements, documents and instruments, and to do and perform all such further acts and things, as shall be necessary or convenient to carry out the provisions of this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
INFORMATION ASSURANCE (a) Information provided by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to SELLER remains the property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall comply with the terms of any proprietary information agreement with LOCKHEED XXXXXX and comply with all proprietary information markings and restrictive legends applied by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to anything provided hereunder to SELLER. SELLER shall not use any LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information for any purpose except to perform this Contract and shall not disclose such information to third parties without the prior written consent of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall maintain data protection processes and systems sufficient to adequately protect LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information and comply with any law or regulation applicable to such information.
Financial Assurance The Lessee must provide and maintain at all times a surety bond(s) or other form(s) of financial assurance approved by the Lessor in the amount specified in Addendum “B.” As required by the applicable regulations in 30 CFR Part 585, if, at any time during the term of this lease, the Lessor requires additional financial assurance, then the Lessee must furnish the additional financial assurance required by the Lessor in a form acceptable to the Lessor within 90 days after receipt of the Lessor’s notice of such adjustment.
Export Law Assurances You are responsible for complying with all trade regulations and laws both foreign and domestic. You acknowledge that this Software may only be exported or re-exported in accordance with U.S. Government Export Administration Regulations. Without authorization from the U.S. Government, You may not export or re-export the Software (i) to any prohibited country, person, entity, or end-user as specified by U.S. export controls or (ii) for use in the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons, or missile technology, or any other prohibited use. You warrant and represent that neither the Bureau of Export Administration of the U.S. Commerce Department not any other U.S. Government entity or agency has suspended, revoked or denied, in whole or in part, Your export privileges. Open Source Assurance Program For Software that is Red Hat branded, purchases under this Agreement may entitle Client to participate in Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program which is described at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/rhel/details/assurance/. The terms for this optional program are subject to a separate agreement which can be viewed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/legal/open_source_assurance_agreement.html.

Additional Assurances Except as may be specifically provided herein to the contrary, the provisions of this Agreement shall be self-operative and shall not require further agreement by the parties; provided, however, at the request of either party, the other party shall execute such additional instruments and take such additional acts as are reasonable, and as the requesting party may reasonably deem necessary, to effectuate this Agreement.
