TSS. Google will provide TSS to Customer in accordance with the TSSG for the Licence Term. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, to receive TSS Customer must provide Google with reasonably required access to the Services in accordance with the TSSG. Customer’s failure to provide this access will be at Customer’s own risk and Google shall be relieved from its obligation to provide TSS to the extent prevented by Customer’s failure to provide access. If the Ordering Document does not identify a support level, then Google will provide Standard Support. Google may change the TSS from time to time, but not if the changes materially adversely impact Customer.
TSS. Total Suspended Solids: a water quality measurement, commonly expressed as a concentration in terms of milligrams per liter.
TSS. All amounts referred to in this Agreement are exclusive of any applicable TSS.

TSS hired before June 21st, 2007, who are currently tied and listed on the seniority list by alphabetical order, shall be subject to a one time “by chance lottery”, as defined in Article 7.04 to determine where each T.S.S. hired on the same day shall be ranked and placed on the T.S.S. list. days or one (1) calendar year of employment, whichever comes first. During this period, the probationary T.S.S. shall not have access to the grievance and arbitration procedure for matters concerning discipline and/or discharge.
TSS. L.T. will be entitled to up to 3 days of bereavement leave with pay, which shall be granted for the death of a spouse or equivalent, child, mother, father, sister and brother. The employee will complete a Request for Absence Form and submit it to the designated Human Resources Officer. In emergency situations, a telephone request will suffice but must be followed by a completed Request for Absence Form.
TSS wishes to engage the services of GCSAC to place some of its students in off campus private accommodation during school holidays.
TSS. Google will provide TSS to Customer in accordance with the TSS Guidelines to Customer for the Support Period. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, to receive TSS Customer must provide Google with all reasonably required access to the Solution in accordance with the TSS Guidelines. If Customer fails to provide this access to Google, Google will not be liable to provide TSS to Customer. Google may change the TSS from time to time, but will not make a materially adverse change.
