TSR Defined. Total Shareholder Return (or TSR) shall mean the change in the value, expressed as a percentage of a given dollar amount invested in a company’s common stock over the Performance Period, taking into account both stock price appreciation (or depreciation) and the reinvestment of dividends (including the cash value of non-cash dividends) in additional stock of the company.
