TSA Equipment. All systems, tools, equipment, facilities and other resources owned and used by Provider in connection with the provision of Services hereunder (collectively, “TSA Equipment”) will remain the property of Provider and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, will at all times be under the sole direction and control of Provider.
