Common use of TRUTHFUL APPLICATION Clause in Contracts

TRUTHFUL APPLICATION. Any information supplied to Landlord by Tenant or Tenant’s Co-Signer by means of a rental application or similar instrument is true and correct and was given by Tenant and Co-Signer voluntarily and knowingly. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ learns that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is not truthful on the rental application, Landlord may terminate this Lease immediately.
