Common use of Trusts Clause in Contracts

Trusts. 21.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT (FT will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT IRL may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT IRL as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT IRL (FT IRL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT SME (FT SME will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 23.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Softlink may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT Softlink as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT Softlink (FT Softlink will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT MCDS (FT MCDS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT Balmoral (FT Balmoral will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 20.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Service King may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT Service King as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT Service King (FT Service King will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 16.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to into the Contract contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“"Trust”") then whether or not FT MBL may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT MBL as follows: (a) the Contract contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT MBL (FT MBL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 27.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT the Company may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT the Company as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT the Company (FT the Company will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT WPC may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT WPC as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT WPC (FT WPC will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (FT ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 18.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract Agreement is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT WWS may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT WWS as follows: (a) the Contract Agreement extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract Agreement and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT WWS (FT WWS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee Trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 17.1 If the Client Member at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract Agreement is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT CNBH may have notice of the Trust, the Client Member covenants with FT CNBH as follows: (a) the Contract Agreement extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Member now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Member has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract Agreement and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Member against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Member will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Member will not without consent in writing of FT CNBH (FT CNBH will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Member as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT PDS (FT PDS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT Project Stone (FT Project Stone will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 24.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT HiHo may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT HiHo as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT HiHo (FT HiHo will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 19.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT NGPS may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT NGPS as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT NGPS (FT NGPS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 24.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust Trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT MCS may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT MCS as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT MCS (FT MCS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 11.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract Agreement is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT SBA may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT SBA as follows: (a) the Contract Agreement extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund;. (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract Agreement and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT SBA (FT SBA will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust;. (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust;. (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT TDD (FT TDD will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 22.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT SPC may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT SPC as follows: (a) the Contract contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client The Customer will not without consent in writing of FT SPC (FT SPC will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 24.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT RHL may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT RHL as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT RHL (FT RHL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 26.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT EAS may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT EAS as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT EAS (FT EAS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 18.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust Trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Packserv may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT Packserv as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT Packserv (FT Packserv will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 23.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT PGO may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT PGO as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT PGO (FT PGO will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT TSCW (FT TSCW will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 19.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT the Agent may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT the Agent as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT the Agent (FT the Agent will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT TMF (FT TMF will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 26.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Casafico may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT Casafico as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT Casafico (FT Casafico will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT CCS (FT CCS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT WPM (FT WPM will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT Customvac (FT Customvac will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT MPSL (FT MPSL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 26.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT ADCO may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT ADCO as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT ADCO (FT ADCO will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 26.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Weldone may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT Weldone as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT Weldone (FT Weldone will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT AESG (FT AESG will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT the Agent (FT the Agent will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT TRS (FT TRS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT RJA (FT RJA will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 22.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Burnback may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT Burnback as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT Burnback (FT Burnback will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT Expoelle (FT Expoelle will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 25.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Scafit may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT Scafit as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT Scafit (FT Scafit will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee Trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT RAL (FT RAL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT RJA (FT RJA will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT CreativeQ (FT CreativeQ will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT AEL (FT AEL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 30.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT RJA may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT RJA as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT RJA (FT RJA will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 19.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (( “Trust”) then whether or not FT Unidan may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT Unidan as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT Unidan (FT Unidan will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 24.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Kairos may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT Kairos as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT Kairos (FT Kairos will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 22.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Home Options may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT Home Options as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT Home Options (FT Home Options will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 26.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Paramount may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT Paramount as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT Paramount (FT Paramount will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT MNE (FT MNE will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 20.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT TITA may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT TITA as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT TITA (FT ▇▇▇▇ will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 27.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract Agreement is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT Smartcall may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT Smartcall as follows: (a) the Contract Agreement extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract Agreement and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT Smartcall (FT Smartcall will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 26.1 If the Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT TCF may have notice of the Trust, the Client covenants with FT TCF as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT TCF (FT TCF will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 21.1 25.1 If the Client Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust (“Trust”) then whether or not FT JSW may have notice of the Trust, the Client Customer covenants with FT JSW as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Client Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Client Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Client Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT JSW (FT JSW will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT VPA (FT VPA will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Client will not without consent in writing of FT HSS (FT HSS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Client Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Client Customer will not without consent in writing of FT WBL (FT WBL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Client Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.
