TRUSTEE'S UNDERTAKING. 17.1. Undertaking: The Trustee hereby undertakes with the Purchaser that it will not before the expiry of 2 years from Completion make any appointment to any beneficiary or discharge any liability of any beneficiary or make any payment of capital to any beneficiary or otherwise make any payment out of funds of the Trust or release any assets of the Trust, except as provided in Clauses 17.2 and 17.3.
