Trustee's Right to Participate. (a) The Trustee may contract with or be or become pecuniarily interested, directly or indirectly, in any matter or transaction to which the Company, Exchangeco or any other subsidiary or controlled or affiliated corporation may be a party or in which it may be concerned, as fully and freely as though such Trustee were not a Trustee hereunder.
