TRUSTEES' LIEN. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Trust Agreement, as security for the payment of Trustee Fees (i) the Trustees are hereby granted a first priority lien upon all Collateral and (ii) the Trustees shall have the right to use and apply any of the funds held by the Corporate Trustee in the Collateral Account to cover such Trustee Fees.
