Trustee’s Discretion to Accept Subscriptions; Effectiveness of Subscription. The Subscriber understands that the Trustee is not required to accept the Subscriber’s subscription or the subscription of any other person, that the Trustee may accept in part and reject in part the Subscriber’s subscription or the subscription of any other person, and that the offering may be suspended or terminated at any time. The Subscriber understands that the Trustee may in its discretion accept subscriptions on other terms and conditions.
