Trustee’s Discretion to Accept Beneficiaries. If the Social Security Administration or any authorized governmental entity has not made a determination that the Beneficiary is a disabled person, the Trustee is authorized to accept such Beneficiary within its discretion if it has made a determination that the Beneficiary is a disabled person as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1382c (a)(3).
