Trustee’s decisions. The Trustee may decide:- (a) whether any money is to be considered as capital or income; (b) whether any expense, outgoing or other payment ought to be paid out of capital or income; and (c) all questions and matters of doubt ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the execution of the trusts of this ▇▇▇▇. Every decision on these matters, whether made on a question actually raised or implied in the acts or proceedings of the Trustee, is conclusive and binds all persons interested under this Deed.
