Common use of TRUSTEES AS SHAREHOLDERS Clause in Contracts

TRUSTEES AS SHAREHOLDERS. Any Trustee may acquire, own and dispose of Shares to the same extent as if he or she were not a Trustee. The Trustees may issue and sell and cause to be issued and sold Shares to, and redeem such Shares from, any such Person or any firm or company in which such Person is interested, subject only to the general limitations contained herein or in the Declaration of Trust relating to the sale and redemption of such Shares.
