Trustee Status. The parties hereto agree that the Initial Notes Authorized Representative shall be afforded all of the rights, immunities, indemnities and privileges afforded to the Trustee under the Initial Notes Agreement, including, but not limited to, those set forth in Article 7 of the Initial Notes Agreement, in connection with its execution of this Agreement and the performance of its obligations hereunder.
