Trustee Receipt of Funds. a) All contributions made by the Company, as contemplated in section 2.03 of this Agreement shall be received by the Trustee and held in a trust account upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, only to be disbursed or dealt with in accordance with the terms hereof.
