Trustee Indenture Legislation. (a) The expression “Indenture Legislation” means the provisions, if any, of Part 7, Division 1 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) and the relevant provision of any other statute of Canada or any province or territory thereof, and of any regulation under any such statute, relating to trust indentures and to the rights, duties and obligations of trustees under trust indentures and of companies issuing debt obligations under trust indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Trust Indenture or the Corporation.
