Common use of Trustee Changes Clause in Contracts

Trustee Changes. The Trustees may, in their discretion, increase or decrease the Group Hours and other eligibility requirements, reduce the duration of Benefits or reduce the amount of Benefits, or waive eligibility or qualification restrictions in special circumstances, as the Trustees, in their discretion, deem consistent with the financial and actuarial integrity of SASMI. This discretion extends to reducing benefits for those who are unemployed and receiving benefits as well as to future eligibility for payment.
