Common use of Trustee Appointed Attorney Clause in Contracts

Trustee Appointed Attorney. The Company hereby irrevocably appoints the Trustee to be the attorney of the Company for and in the name and on behalf of the Company to execute and do any deeds, documents, transfers, conveyances, assignments, assurances, consents and things which the Company ought to sign, execute and do hereunder and generally to use the name of the Company in the exercise of all or any of the powers hereby conferred on the Trustee, with full powers of substitution and revocation.
