Trustee and Securities Administrator Not Liable for Certificates or Mortgage Loans. The recitals contained herein shall be taken as the statements of the Depositor or the Servicer, as the case may be, and the Trustee, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator assume no responsibility for their correctness. None of the Trustee, the Securities Administrator or the Master Servicer makes any representation as to the validity or sufficiency of this Agreement, of any Mortgage Loan, or any related document other than with respect to the execution and authentication of the Certificates, if it so executed or authorized the Certificates. The Trustee shall not be accountable for the use or application by the Depositor, the Securities Administrator, the Master Servicer or the Servicer of any funds paid to the Depositor, the Securities Administrator, the Master Servicer or the Servicer in respect of the Mortgage Loans or deposited in or withdrawn from the Collection Account or the Certificate Account by the Depositor, the Securities Administrator, the Master Servicer or the Servicer.
