Common use of Trust Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Trust Termination Date. Upon the full application of (a) moneys deposited pursuant to this Article 10 or (b) proceeds of the Assets pursuant to Sections 3.4 or 6.6, the Trust Estate created by this Indenture shall be deemed to have terminated (the "Trust Termination Date").
