TRUST PAYMENT DATE STATEMENT. (a) Based on the reports received by the Delaware Trustee pursuant to the Indenture, the Delaware Trustee, or the Administrator if requested by the Delaware Trustee pursuant to the Administration Agreement, shall prepare, or shall cause to be prepared for each payment or distribution made to the Delaware Trustee, the Administrator, or the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.01(b) hereof a statement substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto (the "Trust Payment Date Statement"). In connection with any payments or distributions to the Delaware Trustee, the Administrator or the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.01(b) hereof, the Delaware Trustee, or the Administrator if requested by the Delaware Trustee pursuant to the Administration Agreement, shall deliver the Trust Payment Date Statement to each Certificateholder or as instructed by the Certificateholder in a written Notice to the Delaware Trustee and the Administrator. (b) The Delaware Trustee makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the information contained in the reports generated by the Trust or the Administrator pursuant to the Indenture or, to the extent that the Trust Payment Date Statement contains or relies upon information provided by the reports provided by the Trust or the Administrator pursuant to the Indenture, the Trust Payment Date Statement. The Delaware Trustee shall not be bound to make any investigation as to the facts stated in the reports provided by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, and may rely upon each of the reports provided by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture delivered to it by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee.
