Common use of TRUST & OTHER FIDUCIARY ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

TRUST & OTHER FIDUCIARY ACCOUNTS. If this Agreement is entered into by you as Trustee or other fiduciary, you represent that investments for the Account are within the scope of the investments authorized by such Trustee or other fiduciary's power to delegate under the governing instruments and/or laws, and that you are duly authorized to enter into this Agreement. You also undertake to advise us of any event which might affect your power or authority as Trustee or other fiduciary or the property subject to this Agreement.
