Trust Managers. The Trust Managers of Camden immediately following the Effective Time shall be the persons named on Schedule 1.7 attached hereto, each of whom shall serve in accordance with the Texas REIT Act and Camden's Bylaws. Such Trust Managers of Camden shall be appointed to the committees of the Camden Board of Trustees as indicated on Schedule 1.7. Immediately following the Effective Time, Camden shall cause the size and composition of the Board of Directors of each of Camden Sub, GP Holdings and LP Holdings to be the same as Camden's Board of Trust Managers.
