Trust Instruments. The copy of that certain Declaration ----------------- of Trust dated September 27, 1977 by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and that certain First Amendment to Declaration of Trust Dated February 25, 1992, as amended through the date hereof (the "Levy Trust Agreement") provided by the Company to DoveBid is a true and complete copy of the currently effective operative trust agreement for the Levy Trust and remains in full force and effect.
