Trust Fund and Accounts Held for Benefit of the Certificate Insurer. The Trustee and the Trust Administrator shall hold the Trust Fund and the Mortgage Files for the benefit of the Certificateholders and the Certificate Insurer and all references in this Agreement (including, without limitation, in Sections 2.01 and 2.02) and in the Certificates to the benefit of Holders of the Certificates shall be deemed to include the Certificate Insurer. Each of the Trustee and the Trust Administrator shall cooperate in all reasonable respects with any reasonable request by the Certificate Insurer for action to preserve or enforce the Certificate Insurer's rights or interests under this Agreement and the Certificates.
