Trust Authorization Clause Samples

The Trust Authorization clause grants specific authority to a trustee or other designated party to act on behalf of a trust. This clause typically outlines the scope of powers given, such as managing trust assets, making investment decisions, or entering into contracts for the benefit of the trust. By clearly defining who is authorized to act and what actions they may take, the clause ensures that trust operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with the trust's objectives, thereby preventing disputes or unauthorized actions.
