Trust Additions. To receive additional property from me in any event (and, if the Trustee consents in writing, from any other person) by lifetime or testamentary transfer or otherwise, except that no property over which withdrawal rights are to be granted shall be transferred to the Trust, or accepted by the Trustee, after December 15 of any year;
