Trust Accounts and Payahead Account. (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Issuer shall cause the Servicer to establish and maintain the Trust Accounts and the Payahead Account as provided in Sections 4.1 and 4.7 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
