Common use of TRUST A Clause in Contracts

TRUST A. 5.1 The Trustee shall, in its sole discretion, pay to Cathxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, xx such times as the Trustee determines, all or such part of the net income of Trust A as the Trustee determines to be necessary to support and maintain her in the manner to which she has become accustomed. In making any such decisions, the Trustee shall consider her other income and means of support known to the Trustee, and resolve any doubts in favor of generous and liberal support for her. If all of the net income is not paid to Cathxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, xxe Trustee may, in its sole discretion, distribute all or any part of such undistributed income to any one or more of the Grantor's issue in such shares as the Trustee determines, or the Trustee may accumulate and add to principal all or any part of such undistributed income.
